Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

All personal care products are considered final sale once opened.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@roseritualbotanicals.com and we will make it right.

We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return  

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly, but feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help.
