Hi, I’m Cynthia—the heart and hands behind ROSE + RITUAL Botanicals.

This brand was born from a very real season in my life. After years of giving to everyone else, raising babies, navigating postpartum depression, and pushing through burnout, I realized how disconnected I had become from myself.

I was constantly doing, constantly creating, but none of it felt like it was for me. I wasn’t caring for myself the way I should have been. I was surviving, not living.

When I finally slowed down, I realized how much I missed feeling grounded, peaceful, and connected to something real.

I’ve always been drawn to nature, gardening, herbs, and creating things with my hands. Over the years, I made simple remedies like elderberry syrup, garlic honey, and fire cider. And every time I did, I felt a little more like myself again.

Around that same time, I started paying closer attention to ingredients and what I learned changed everything.

So many everyday products are filled with harmful synthetic ingredients, hidden chemicals, and things most people never think to question. I couldn’t ignore it once I saw it. That’s what led me here.

I started learning more about herbal medicine, how ingredients actually function, and how to create products I could truly trust—products that were safe for my family, effective, and still felt beautiful. Because we all deserve products that are not only clean, but also feel good to use.

What began as something personal became something I knew needed to exist beyond just me.
